Jobs Description 

Pakistan Railways, based in Lahore, is now accepting applications from retired supervisory staff from the Signal Department for a one-year contract. This is only for those who retired at 60 years old and are physically fit.

Terms and Conditions:

• - Only candidates with previous work experience in the specified category are eligible.
• - Selected candidates will receive a salary based on their last pay, plus usual allowances. Gratuity and pension benefits are not included.
• - The contract period is one year, with a possible one-year extension if needed by Pakistan Railways.
• - The authority can reject any application without giving a reason.
• - The number of available posts can change without notice.
• - Selected candidates must pass a medical fitness exam by Pakistan Railways Hospital.
• - Those who were compulsorily retired, removed, dismissed, or retired on medical grounds are not eligible.
• - Only eligible candidates will receive call letters for contract appointments.
• - No travel or daily allowances will be provided for interviews and medical exams.
• - Selected candidates can be posted anywhere within the Railway System.

Eligible Ceritiria 

• - Copies of all educational certificates
• - National Identity Card (Computerized)
• - Railway Retired Identity Card/Experience Certificate
• - Photocopy of PPO
• - Photocopy of LPC
• - Service Certificate
• - Three recent passport-size photographs
• - Three postal envelopes with RAD card and full address, including cell number
• - Experience certificate from a well-known organization
